My Story (Why I Understand What You’re Going Through)

Even after going completely gluten free following my coeliac diagnosis, I continued to struggle with digestive symptoms including bloating, discomfort, and unpredictable reactions to food. When things still didn’t improve, I was then told it was IBS. But despite following the usual advice and trying to manage my symptoms carefully, I still didn’t feel well.

I was left feeling frustrated, confused, and dismissed, trying to understand what was really going on in my body when nothing seemed to fully add up.

That experience led me to look deeper into nutrition and gut health, and ultimately retrain as a BANT registered and CNHC registered nutritional therapist specialising in IBS and digestive health. I wanted to understand the root causes behind persistent gut symptoms, not just learn how to manage them.

Today, as an IBS and gut health specialist, I work with people who are still struggling despite having a diagnosis, following dietary changes, or being told that “everything looks normal.” Through personalised nutrition support and functional testing, including microbiome, hormone, and blood testing, I help clients identify what may be driving their symptoms, reduce issues such as bloating and constipation, and rebuild confidence in their digestion and relationship with food.

Now after years of struggling with coeliac disease and digestive issues myself, I now help others take back control of their gut health.
