We begin with an in-depth review of your digestive symptoms, medical history, medications, eating habits, lifestyle, sleep, stress levels, previous testing, and health goals. Initial 60–90 Minute Consultation

During your first consultation, we'll take a deep dive into your symptoms, health history and current challenges. Together we'll create a personalised strategy to help improve digestion, reduce symptoms and support long-term gut health.

Two Follow-Up Consultations
