The investment for the 12-Week Programme is:

£499 – less than £42 per week of personalised support.

A comprehensive 12-week nutrition and lifestyle functional medicine programme designed to support people experiencing digestive issues such as Gastritis, H. Pylori, diverticulitis, SIBO, IBS, food intolerances (including histamine intolerance), and Coeliac Disease.

What’s Included in Your 12-Week Programme

Initial Nutritional Therapy Assessment (Up to 90 Minutes)
A comprehensive consultation exploring your health history, digestive symptoms, lifestyle, medications, and personalised health goals.

Two Follow-Up Consultations (45–50 minutes each)
Scheduled approximately 3–4 weeks apart to review progress, adjust your plan, and address any changes in symptoms.

Two Mid-Point Check-Ins (20 minutes each)
Short support sessions between consultations to monitor progress and keep you moving forward.
